Update November 4 - CEO of the company gave me a call and apologized and we met with the arborist October 29th. He was really nice and knowledgeable and quote for tree removal is good. We plan to continue working with them. I had an appointment for October 14 and at the time of appointment I got call from the office notifying me that arborist will not come due to his wife got a baby a day before. I accepted apology and agreed to reschedule and asked to call me if arborist could not come. Today is October 28, no one arrived at my house and no one called to say that. When I called the office I was said that arborist will not come today. Not a good customer service!

Elliott and his crew did a fabulous job of taking down a 90-year old Oak by the house, plus a smaller one nearby. They brought the crane in and out without damaging the grass and then did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. All in all, a great job by a very competent bunch of guys.

I didn't use their services for tree removal, but when I went to ask if they had a place to dump their mulch after they removed a neighbor's teee they were very honest when they could have saved themselves money at the dump. The tree itself was in good condition with no pest, but it was covered in ivy vines and they said it would cause ivy to spread in my yard. They're very honest people!

After buying my house, I discovered a mature fruit tree on my front lawn. With no clue how to care for it, I called Heartwood. They’ve been so helpful about walking me through every step of the process, and their knowledge of trees is exceeded only by their obvious passion for them. I’m sure they can get rid of trees too, but I highly recommend them for the ones you want to keep!
