I didn't use their services for tree removal, but when I went to ask if they had a place to dump their mulch after they removed a neighbor's teee they were very honest when they could have saved themselves money at the dump. The tree itself was in good condition with no pest, but it was covered in ivy vines and they said it would cause ivy to spread in my yard. They're very honest people!

After buying my house, I discovered a mature fruit tree on my front lawn. With no clue how to care for it, I called Heartwood. They’ve been so helpful about walking me through every step of the process, and their knowledge of trees is exceeded only by their obvious passion for them. I’m sure they can get rid of trees too, but I highly recommend them for the ones you want to keep!

We had Heartwood Tree service come out to assess large Pine Trees in our front yard after big storms hit the Charlotte area to be proactive going forward. We had such an overall amazing experience! It was very easy to make a consultation appointment, someone was able to come out quickly to assess the trees, and give us an honest answer on what to do next with the trees in our yard! Many companies will encourage you to take down trees to make money, but not Heartwood, they are honest with their customers and do what is right for the environment! I highly recommend using Heartwood for any tree services/needs!
