Finally, a tree service in Charlotte that is professional and trustworthy. We rely on them to keep the 260 year old White Ash (referred to as My Big White Ash) in our backyard healthy and strong. They treat it against the Emerald Ash Borer and have cabled its massive limbs to prevent breakage. I told my sales rep "this is Bartlett's tree, now" because we rely on them exclusively for its care. Their services are professional and reasonably priced. They share the same awe, wonder and reverence for it that we do, and that is so important to us.

Bartlett’s arborist was a very knowledgeable and honest professional. He discussed the most cost efficient and effective process for pruning several overgrown Junipers to maintain their beauty and life expectancy. He also discovered premature diseased Crêpe Myrtles and provided recommendations for scheduling and treatment. The Individual pruning the Junipers was thorough and performed an excellent job. We completed an inspection and he cleaned the entire area prior to leaving.

The arborist,Vince, was very knowledgeable of our situation and our desire to save our trees. He gave us an excellent assessment and very reasonable quote. The crew assigned to us ((Rene,Chance,Jose) were excellent! They took safety VERY serious, were timely, showed they were experts in what they do, and cleanup was beyond belief! We called Bartlett because we had a mature maple with a dead branch and we were concerned about losing our shade tree. We were able to get an appointment quickly and the arborist was professional and friendly. He was able to explain our tree problem in a way we could easily understand. The crew came on time to treat our trees, completed the job, and left our property neat and clean. We will be using Bartlett for any future tree needs and highly recommend them!

We were very pleased with Bartlett. Tom, the rep was able to address our need to have two trees quickly removed. The crew that did the work was outstanding. I recently noticed a broken limb in a large tree on my property; I was concerned that the limb could cause serious damage to my house. The Bartlett Tree arborist was able to squeeze me into his schedule the day after I called the office, notwithstanding the fact that the local office was very busy because of recent severe storms. There was a crew working in my neighborhood the day the arborist came by and they were able to do the tree work the same afternoon—I was relieved to get the work done before another summer thunderstorm. I appreciate this superior service!
