Tony was prompt, informative, timely, and proficient. When I inquired, he gave me instructions on measuring the stumps for an estimate and the gate to ensure his equipment could make it in. He provided resources via text that helped make the process clear. When I texted him information, he texted me and then called promptly and made it to me that day, within 2 hours! He did great work on my three stumps, including advising me about one stump near another tree and his fear of disrupting the root system. I needed to remove two large tree stumps, one in my front yard and one on the side of my house. I had seriously considered renting a stump grinder because I like to do things myself but I decided to call around first. When I called Tony and he started explaining all of the necessary precautions and concerns that come with grinding stumps my DIY mindset was gone. Once all of the underground utilities were marked by USIC (811) Tony was on-site the next day and what would've taken me 4 to 6 hours Tony had it finished in about an hour. He's got an awesome remote controlled stump grinder and it's quieter than most I've seen before. Now Tony will clean up the debris but I chose to do it myself saving it for compost and raised garden beds. Overall this experience was a win win for me. I told my son that you really can't even tell where the stumps were before and besides Tony being such a nice professional he's a veteran and those men and women we need to support. I highly recommend you reach out to Tony for any future stump grinding needs. I know I will. Thank you Tony I appreciate your service.
