Unprofessional with complete disregard and respect for others personal property. In addition, lack of basic communication skills. Asplundh arrived at my company's terminal and began trimming limbs on behalf of Duke Energy without notifying anyone on the premises. There were 2 enclosed cargo trailers below the transformer they were removing surrounding branches from. I asked the two man crew if I could move the trailers before they began and they said if there was any damage, Duke would cover the cost. A branch did indeed fall and damaged the roof of one of the trailers allowing water to enter. They have also failed to clean up the branches they removed from the tree. They sent a young hotheaded employee to do the repair without communicating to me that was how we were going to proceed in the process. I realized shortly after his arrival that we would be unable to communicate in a professional manner so simply asked him for the supplies they had purchased and began the repair myself.

This company is a complete joke. They are hired by Duke Energy to trim trees for power lines and left a complete mess. I contacted them and talked to Tammy who assured me a supervisor would get back to me. No one has called me and she won’t return my calls and then blocked me. They obviously don’t care about customer service or the quality of their work.

If I could leave zero starts I would. This company cut my neighbors over 100ft tree, they dropped all of the branches on my side of the fence. They came onto the property unannounced and were aware of the branches that had fallen on a yard they were not servicing. They then left for the day and left my car blocked in and unable to get to work. Shut this business down. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Tree experts is the not the right word for this company. I have never dealt with a mess like this in my life. I had to file a claim. This is going to cost a fortune to have it properly cleaned up.

Asplundh tree service drove across my freshly sodded lawn to cut my neighbor’s tree (none of my trees even needed trimming, but Duke Energy had asked them to come out because my neighbor’s tree was hanging over the power lines). My yard was beautifully tended and my neighbor’s yard was cluttered and overgrown, and instead of asking my neighbor to clear a path to give them access, Asplundh drove their truck across my yard and parked on my grass without invitation or permission. They let huge limbs and branches fall on an area where I had planted bulbs that were gifted to me by my dog’s veterinarian, after my dog passed away. I was in tears and the people from Asplundh didn’t seem to understand why, at all, zero understanding of why I was upset that they came on my property without invitation, to cut a tree that wasn’t mine, and tore up my lawn and crushed plants that I had a sentimental attachment to. This was in 2019 and I’m still mad about it.

They were hired by Duke Energy to clear the trees from the power lines. They did miles of it around my house entrance and picked everything up except for my entrance to my driveway and entrance. I contacted them twice and no results. "We are going to do it". Been 2 weeks and now they are out of the area. There is at least big dump truck loads of branches blocking my entrance and piled up at my entrance. I will be happy to change this review once they abide by there word by 2 different foremen to come and pick it up. Calling them and leaving a message seems to have no impact.
