Highly recommend them, very professional, they showed up, and they showed up on time!! They were considerate of parking, very good commutation of options and the project. And they were very careful and made sure to clean up afterward. Long story, we were in need of suggestions for trimming of our Giant Arborvitae trees, and we got Baxter's name from the Country roads garden center, the owner came out and reviewed our project of topping 24 trees. They had gotten so tall we could no longer see the mountains. After talking to many people and many different ideas about cutting them, Jeff advised me on the best way to do so, and assured me they would not die out from the cutting. Being a business professional myself I could sense his knowledge and experience, so we went with them. Very happy with work and outcome, as the before and after pictures so. We just opened up our view.

I inquired about landscaping and yard maintenance over the phone and Jeff responded immediately. Long story short, I spoke about different companies that my wife and I hired over the years to manage our rental property. One really stood out, but they had to cancel routes due to staffing issues. Needless to say, he informed me that he’s good friends with the owner of the company that we loved and that I should call them because they are expanding to Bryson City once again. Needless to say, if you hire Baxter, you will not only get a knowledgeable company who is passionate about landscaping, but a honest human being who you can count on.

I have been at Baxters landscaping for almost two years and have really enjoyed my job. Jeff is a boss that always treats his employees like family. He pays fair wages and is always thinking of ways to make our day better. We have had family picnics and rafting trips that my family really enjoyed. This is a great place to work.
