Baileys tree service was apparently hired to work in my neighbor's yard today. I guess they thought this meant they could open the fence to my backyard and do all the work tearing down and mulching trees in MY yard. They broke all of our planter boxes and killed all of our plants. They left oil stains and huge holes in our pavement from their equipment. They sat on our back porch for snack & smoke breaks. For 7+ hours! Please don't support this disrespectful company. I can only imagine how they treat their actual customers if this is how they treat the neighbors of their customers.

Just used these guys for several trees on our property. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely and were priced fair. I'd recommend them for any tree project you have. Great guys. Easy to work with.

I hired them to remove an oak tree and install a mature redbud tree (they upsold me on this). I paid $2500 and in advance (they asked and I was naive. I will never do that again! Dumb!) They did cut the tree down but only after several weeks of being mostly MIA. They removed my fence to do this work and never put up again like they said they would and I had to pay someone $300 to put it back up. They never produced or planted the tree. They did not return any of my calls after they had my money. This is criminal.

After speaking with Bailey Sr. about firewood I decided to give them a try. He assured me that the wood would be a mix of white oak, locust and other hardwoods, NO poplar, and was the same wood that their family was currently burning so therefore dry. Bailey Jr. delivered the wood the next week, which was freshly split white and red oak (not dry!) and low and behold even included a bit of poplar! This wood effectively extinguished my fire and will take the rest of the winter to dry out. Far from a full cord too and I had to stack it all myself. Paid $225. Bailey Sr. said he "wouldn't lie", but he did. Yet another low integrity firewood dealer. Why is this such a rampant problem?!
