Nathan did an amazing job on my property. He is quick to respond. The day I called to get an estimate he was out to the property the same day. When I gave him the go ahead to begin the process he had it done and complete a couple days after I let him know he could start. Fast, efficient and I will have him on speed dial for future jobs. So happy with my view and the reliable service!

Nathan and crew are excellent at getting difficult branches out of the way and dropping them where they need to land. I have had him out a few times for those difficult tree limbs. He was very reasonable and did exactly what was needed to drop these trees. Kudos to Nathan and crew for excellent work!

Nathan did a good job and in a timely manner. I had a dying hazard tree close to my house, and when he came to give me an estimate, he told me he could take care of it in a couple of weeks. A couple of days later, we had a bad storm, and the very next morning, Nathan was there to cut down the tree. His crew worked quickly and did exactly what we agreed on for the price he quoted.

Nathan and his crew did an outstanding job on removing multiple large trees from my property. They completed the project within a single day. It appeared that each step of the operation was executed cleanly and efficiently, and they left the property looking pristine - no limbs, no debris in the street, etc. Additionally, Nathan's pricing was inexpensive to fair. Multiple other companies in the area wanted far more money, and I seriously doubt that the quality of their product would have matched. The one downside (I don't blame Nathan's for this per se; more of a nature of the business itself) is that scheduling can be challenging. Weather conditions play a huge role in each individual job. Additionally, I imagine that demand for service can also factor in. In any trade, business demand can be sporadic. If you're looking to have them do this job, expect to have to be somewhat flexible with regard to when they can show up. They have to be able to fit it into their schedule, and then once they do, the weather has to cooperate. Scheduling issues aside, I still rate them as a five-star service.

Horrible service, very dishonest, Nathan is not a good person in my opinion and with my experience. I called Nations Tree service to come and clear out some debris and tree limbs from the hill behind my house, he came we talked about it I was very adamant about getting the tree limbs off the hill leaving the big tree logs and chipping up the debris and limbs and leaving the chips there. He agreed said he would be back the following Tuesday. Tuesday comes, no show, no phone call, I don't hear anything so I'll call him, he then said that he was having a little bit of difficulty with the employees and I was understanding (I've been a business owner for 26 years) and he then said that he would get to me by the end of the week. I explain to him that I would not be there on Wednesday and that would he please give me a call when he thought that he was coming and I wanted to be there when he came. Well Wednesday comes and we're leaving we have to go to Asheville to get supplies, upon leaving we see Nathan, he had a job across the street that he was going to do it was about 9:30 or 10:00 in the morning. On my way back from Asheville about 1:00 I get a phone call from Nathan saying the job is complete and you can drop the money off at my office. And I'm thinking well great, when I get home I find that he didn't remove any of the debris nor chip, all he did was push everything up the side of the Hill. So, the next day on Thursday he calls and says he would come by and get payment and I then told him well no you didn't do anything I asked you to do and that I hired you to do. He said well I'll be right there so he comes over and I tell him you know very well this is not what I wanted, I asked you to remove the debris, chip it up and leave the chips snd to call me before you come. He then said that he would put a lien on my home. He did nothing of what I hired him to do, he only pushed limbs up the mountain didn't chip any of it and now he wants to put a lien on my home. When Nathan starting bad mouthing other tree companies my intuition told me to not deal with this guy...so listen to your intuition!! BEWARE of hiring this most dishonest person, no integrity, very unprofessional individual Nathan Fortner. Now with the mess he left and it further up the hill and packed together it will cost a lot more to fix the mess he made. And most likely tome in Court. Btw, Tree Buster's is the company that came and cut the trees..a very professional, respectful, courteous owner to work with.

Nathans Tree Service cleared Our land and cut trees and made a beautiful view for us. He does extremely professional work and does it promptly and efficiently. He knows what he’s doing and I highly recommend him.
