Chad seems like a nice enough guy, but they have no idea how to communicate and run a business. I was no-call, no-showed twice within the first few months. I had to call and email them multiple times to get any kind of response. Just a disorganized mess. I decided to cancel service after just one, very expensive summer fertilizer + bug treatment ($600). After spending $10K+ on new trees and shrubs, this was very disappointing, as I was hoping to protect my investment. I've already lost 3 shrubs and have been scrambling to find another competent provider in the area, which is surprisingly a challenge. I could not recommend this company less for their tree and shrub treatment programs. Maybe they are great at other things? I'll never know. It was headache after headache and many wasted hours trying to contact them. The easiest part, as is often the case, was to get them to come out and give me a quote. Chad was initially great and I was excited to get started started and see my landscaping thrive - now I'm just hoping I can undo the damage done.

Great company. Paul, the arborist who initially came to our home for the estimate was very professional, thorough and experienced. I felt like I made a new friend while talking with him. When the crew came to do the work, they were very polite and good at their job. I had my trees "deadwooded" and trimmed because I have small children and the trees posed a threat to them while playing outside. A huge storm came a week later and not one branch fell from the 7 trees they took care of for me. I was so happy. Schneider did exactly what I asked them to do. It was truly a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Schneider Tree care removed a very large dead oak tree in my front yard. It required a 60 ton hydraulic crane and a bucket truck to safely lower the sections to the ground. They had to work above and around power lines. it was surgical operation that was executed flawlessly! Well done Schneider Tree Care!

I highly recommend them to those searching for a knowledgeable and reliable tree and shrub service. My tree and shrubs are even happy and they show it!

Schneider Tree Care took great care of my yard. Paul Crenshaw was a breeze to work with, he gave me a competitive quote and had the work scheduled soon after. Even though the weather was less than ideal they managed to finish the work quicker than I expected and I was very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Schneider Tree Care and plan on using them again in the future.

As a representative for my neighborhood HOA I have worked with Schneider Tree for the past few years. They are always knowledgable and helpful in helping us care for our neighborhood trees. It is a significant cost to our HOA and they have been instrumental in helping us reduce disease and manage the cost of caring for this high budget item. Josh and Chad have been extremely helpful and I highly recommend this company for large projects.
