I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They initially promised to schedule an appointment, but after an entire month of following up, I still couldn’t get a clear answer or a date from them. Every time I called, I was met with vague explanations and excuses from Kathy and other office member, which made it clear they weren’t interested in actually doing the job. The lack of communication and professionalism is frustrating and a huge waste of time. If you’re looking for reliable service, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and call a company that actually values its customers and follows through on its promises. Utility tree is certainly not the one that can do this simple job right.
