The employees do a wonderful job. However, the 5 star reviews on this page are mostly current employees, past employees, personal friends, or the spouse of the CEO/brother in law of the owner. The whole process was perfect, Regina was so nice and professional, the crew was great, the finished work was beautiful! When they were finished it was perfectly cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend this company.

We are in a gated community they have serviced . They went from 17k in 2022-2023 to 41k in 2023-2024 . They overplowed because they were trusted with little oversight. There was less snow than last year. I would sure like a response and a resolution. We never saw them plow in our home and we have cameras . Many here are part-time residents, ripe for abuse and little accountability. Yahnalossee Saddle Club resident.

Twin Oaks helped me complete a pretty big project in 2015. They did an amazing job, and it has held up nicely. I went to them this year to try and inquire about another project, involving a small retaining wall and some leveling of our lot. I have now spoken with someone in their office 4 times and still can't get a phone call back to get a site estimate. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

They built a retaining wall for me, with a paver patio. They did not do it correctly, and the wall is not retaining, causing the patio pavers to collapse. This started shortly after they completed the work.. I have tried repeatedly to get them to do the repair, and have even managed to get them to come and look at the issue. But all they have done is make excuses and not returned my calls when I try to get them scheduled to come out. This is the main issue, but there were other items they left unfinished from the originalscope of work, that I had to finish/repair myself. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend them!
