Hurricane Idalia brought down trees in our south Georgia town of Valdosta. After calling several tree service companies who had placed signs around town, Joseph answered the phone... that was the 1st good part of my experience! He fully informed me of their scope of services and answered my questions. I liked that they were able to work with the insurance company and also had a financing option. We agreed to move forward and he kept in communication throughout, regardless of the extreme work load I know he had. He arrived on time, and his crew worked quickly to remove the downed trees and large branches. I tried to make it across town to be there with him, but due to the many detours, that didn't happen. And it didn't bother me at all that I wasn't there because he'd already earned my trust by sticking to his word. Many people are afraid to use service providers from out of town during these situations, but I assure you, Joseph and Arbor X make an excellent company with honest, hardworking people! 10/10 stars if I could! Call Arbor X!

Friendly, responsive with great communication, professional, and high quality service. I had a few large trees, one was dead and had grown into another tree. Joseph and his crew did a great job skillfully and safely removing them without damaging my home or yard. They took measures to ensure my property was protected throughout the process. I really appreciated the level of expertise and the ease of scheduling. They were flexible with providing quotes, which were also easy to approve. Joseph and crew were prompt, professional, fair in price and did a great job cutting back a good sized River Birch tree in our backyard. They were timely and quite meticulous in picking up all debris following the job. It's hard to find folks with this kind of knowledge, work ethic and professionalism. The professionalism and expertise of Joseph and his crew at Arbor X Tree Service is second to none!!! From the initial phone conversation to the last bit of debris that was cleaned up, our experience was amazing. To watch the technicians in the trees skillfully and artfully trim, prune, and remove the various trees in my yard was like witnessing a symphony. Joseph even saved me money by recommending that I trim some trees instead of removing them and he made them look way better than I could ever have imagined. It’s a great feeling to know that there’s still honest people out there who just aren’t in business to take people’s money. I wish I could give 10 stars to them 5 just isn’t enough. Arbor X you have my business forever for I know there’s no one else that could match your honesty, hard work ethic, and expertise. A true American spirit of entrepreneurship and quality craftsmanship. Joe's crew removed nine of my pine trees along with stump grinding. Throughout the entire process Joe communicated frequently and his crew was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Arbor X over the name brand tree removal company in the greater Wilmington area, (Fitness Tree). Not only was the price lower but the craftsmanship and professionalism was not even comparable. With Arbor X, the ground crew is just as capable and certified when it comes to taking down trees. A complete 360 degree tree removal company.
