Treescape is a company of integrity and professionalism. From the moment I called them that was evident. When storm Helene left a large Hickory tree on top of our house, I called several tree removal companies and got voice mail at each one. When I called Treescape I was told someone would be in touch within a couple of hours. Ron called me within the hour, set an appointment for that afternoon and showed up promptly, on-time. That was a huge relief considering that I live in SC about an hour from Gastonia. Ron assessed the situation, provided an estimate and set a day that they could remove the tree. David and crew showed up as promised with the necessary equipment to get the job done quickly. They were thoroughly professional. The Treescape team treated my property as if it was their property. The estimate Treescape provided was fair and reasonable. Give them a call. You will be glad that you did.

Mandi’s Tree Service employee asked me if I was interested in Free Mulch. I made it very clear to the employee I only need a little bit. He said ok and walked off. I went to the store and while I was away from my property without my knowledge or presence they dumped an entire dump truck of mulch. I NEVER gave them Consent for a dump truck of mulch. I called Mandi’s and her customer service was horrible and Refused to pick up this load of mulch. Customers beware that even if you are correct she does not care and will blame You the customer. Due to her poor customer service & shady business practice of sneaking an entire dump truck of mulch while I was away was Unacceptable!! I will Never ever do business with them again. Customers Do Not pay cash like I did had I used my card I would have definitely filed a dispute on my charges and I guarantee that mulch would have been picked up if she wanted to get paid. Her employee lied to her and I have all of my ADT FOOTAGE with audio to prove it and yet Mandi stated she would be here at my home at 9:30am on Saturday get the mulch at which time she could have seen the footage, but was a No Call No Show! So customers if they ever ask you for Free Mulch just say NO & pay with card!

Treescape did an excellent job meeting our needs. We had an old tree that broke and fell across part of our driveway. I called them and the lady I spoke with was courteous and eager to help out. She had me contacted and the person was at the house within 30 minutes looking at the issue and providing a price. When I asked about timeframe he said if I was ready the crew could be there soon. They arrived, got the tree cut and hauled away as well as an additional dead tree all within an hours' time. Very professional and left my yard and driveway clean and debris free. Hopefully I won't have another tree down, but if I do, they will be my first call !!!
