I found “Stumps to go” on google. Gave John a call and he was able to come out the same day. Price was very fair and reasonable. If I have another I would definitely call John again.

John responded right away to my request for the removal of a large stump from a dead cherry tree we had cut down last year. He was able to complete the work the same day I contacted him (but don’t always count on this!) and I am entirely pleased with the job he did. He is courteous, friendly and very thorough. This tree stump had many large protruding roots and he made certain he got them all. The price he charged was very fair. I will not hesitate to recommend him and call on him again in the future when the need arises.

Wowza. I wish every business was like this one. John was extremely quick to respond back to my contact form and setup stump removal. He even called in for me to get utilities checked on my property. The day of work he explained the work he would be doing and gave an estimate of time completed. I can’t speak more highly of him! I attached a picture of the work as well. There’s no way anyone can beat this guy in service.

John was the first to respond to my request on ‘ThumbTack’ on provided a fair price. John was punctual to the appointment and polite during our encounter. The roots coming from the stump were not shown in the photo I sent him, so he needed to slightly increase the price to make up for that. That is on me, not him. Please keep in mind that stump grinding will leave behind a ton of mulch. I bagged up 21 30-gallon trash bags full of mulch. The equipment he uses is top notch…do not rent the DIY type from Lowe’s or Home Depot…it will take you multiple days costing you more than it would if you just paid Stumps 2 Go to do it. Great Job, John. Keep grindin’.

I highly recommend Stumps 2 Go, John Whisnant was very professional. He responded quickly through text with an estimate, he also did an excellent job at removing the tree stump and cleaning up after himself.
