I can't even begin to express how awesome these guys are! This is a long overdue review for the top-notch work that Asheville Arborcare has done for me on three separate occasions. They have come twice to my property to take care of trees, and have been punctual, professional and efficient. I am very happy with their work, and I find them to be very affordable to boot. Yesterday, I managed to crash my expensive DJI Phantom drone into a very tall sycamore tree, which was situated over water. When I called him for help, Christian was very responsive. Early this morning, (on a Sunday morning)Frank came out and climbed up to retrieve my drone by hand, insuring that it was returned to me with just the very minimal damage it had incurred in the crash. I am very grateful and impressed. I highly recommend Asheville Arborcare!

Great experience! First time seeing trees taken down before, it was awesome to watch! They were obvious pros and handle a difficult situation with ease. Took 7 trees and a few limbs down, left about 11 cubic yards of wood chips! Will definitely call then again and very recommendable.

I have used Asheville Arborcare twice and was extremely pleased with the service I received. They are professional, knowledgeable, return calls/emails in a timely fashion, and are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal or tree care.

Posting this for my mother Sandra Bailey. The company did work next door to her house but not for her. They had to take down some large pine trees that was near her property line. They had to come through her yard to get to the trees, which she did give them permission to do with the understanding that they would repair and fix any damgae to her yard. They tore up the yard while dragging the limbs and larger sections of the trees through the yard with the machinery that they used to move them with to the road to the truck and limb chipper. The machinery which was used left deep ruts in the yard and they did not fill the ruts back in. They also let one of the tree limbs hit the side of her house and did not say anything to her about it, which left a large mark on the side of the house, which had to be scrubbed and washed to get it off of the siding.

Called and made an appointment for an estimate. The guy on the phone sounded nice, but they no-call, no-showed. Very frustrating. Keep getting these flyers in the valpak and it’s just irritating.
