After a roller coaster of over priced quotes to inadequately insured tree service companies, Dan Pender's Cutters Unlimited came through like a breath of fresh air! They were extremely professional from beginning of the process to the end. They were prompt in visiting to assess the job and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. Once we gave the green light, the team was onsight the following week to take down a dying tree in my yard. The entire crew was focused and nothing less professional. They took all the necessary precautions where the tree stood but also included having spotters in the street, ensuring the teams safety as well as the safety of passers by. The job sight and street was kept neat and clear of debris the entire time. I would recommend Dan Pender's Cutters Unlimited tree service to anyone looking for a professional team to address their needs.

From beginning to end this is a quality operation. Dan answered his phone, made himself available to meet and bid our project then gave us a fair quote to remove two large trees, trimming 5-6 others. It only got better from there, a team arrived at our house on time including 2 climbers and lots of equipment. They were efficient, professional and responsive to my requests. They ground the stumps completely (this was a problem with previous tree removal) and Dan came back out to review the work. The team loves bacon- only wish I had more of it that day. 5 stars all the way.

I don't normally take the time for a review but Dan and his team deserve it. You just don't find many companies run like his anymore. We hired Dan to take down some very large trees around our home. Dan and his team of eight arrived early in the morning. They came with a large crane and the large equipment needed to move the large logs along with a chipper for the branches. They got right to work, each had a role and worked together quickly like a well oiled machine. We were very impressed with their skills in climbing, sawing and dropping the trees with precision. They were careful of our yard and raked the areas clean after trees were downed. We would highly recommend Dan and his team.

First off, if you are reading this review, just like me, you are not a tree arborist or anything close! Let me share with our experience with Cutters Unlimited and why we highly recommend. We moved into our new 36-year-old house in Concord last spring. The time came to take care of needed tree service, our call was to Dan Pender, owner of Cutters Unlimited. Since we had used his services at out old house, with happy results, this was an easy decision. Dan came out to review our needs, he made suggestions, we scheduled a date for the work to be done. Dan gave us a very fair and reasonable price for the job. Now for the amazing part! On the scheduled work date, Dan and his crew arrived right on time. Approximately 10 men showed up with all their needed gear ready to complete the job. 3 trees were trimmed. 12 trees were cut down. All trimming and dropping of the tree were done precise precision to the drop targeted areas. Each worker had a specific job that was completed with skilled performance. All of the trees and branches were chipped. Stumps were ground away. The entire yard was picked up of small branches, leaves were blown and collected. All tree debris was hauled away. The entire job was finished in 4 hours. We were very happy with the entire project. If you need tree service, look no future. Thank you, Dan and your entire crew, for a job well done. Penny and Bill

Hands down the best tree service around!!! We had a huge tree right next to the house that had been struck by lightning a few years back. We noticed over the summer insects were starting to eat into the side of the base. We contacted our usually tree guy but he didn't want to touch it considering how close it was to the house and how big it was. We saw Dan and his crew at one of our neighbors houses and had them stop in to look. After a few moments of scratching their heads they tossed some ideas back and forth and had a plan to get her down. We scheduled for a few weeks out and got it taken care of without any issues. It was so close to the patio and house that if it fell it would destroy everything in its path and be financially devastating to fix. Dan and his guys were meticulous executing every step of the process to get the tree down safely, for our house and for the safety of the crew. We sat and watched in amazement at the level of skill his climber had and how he made it seen so effortless to be that high up and handle a job so big. Let me tell you, that guy was absolutely amazing! They were all amazing! From the time they arrived until the last bit of clean up was done, we were more than pleased at a job well done. We can't thank each of you enough! We knew we were on borrowed time and that tree would have fallen soon had we not had it removed. Cutters Unlimited will be the only service we use in the future.
