I've been a customer with TruGreen for over 10 years. I had a treatment done to my yard 2-3 weeks back and called for a correction around my driveway and a few spots in backyard. The majority of my lawn looks very good. I called the 1-800 number and was told that since I had only 2 treatments booked, they would not come out to correct. When I asked for a correction to my bill, they informed me that they could not change. Made the decision to make the change and cancel my TruGreen membership and find a new lawn service.

I tried this service before and stopped it due to a bad experience but I decided to give them another try and I have to say it's so far so good. My grass looks great. I only had to call them back one time in the whole year to treat the flower bed but I can see the difference in my lawn already. I love that they call and give you a report on their visit if they find infestation of insects or anything else. David and his helper just seeded and aerated my yard we marked the sprinklers for them and they made sure they didn't hit them with their equipment. We will definitely prepay for next year service also. Thanks again for the great service.

2023 Fall. David G just a awesome Technician explain what he would be doing and how long it would take for the seeds to germinate did a great job on complete coverage of the yard and aeration and also blew any extra seed they got on the sidewalk back into the grass. Just awesome service. 2020 Fall after reseeding, This year was a Great rebound season Great Teamwork on all the Technicians who serviced our yard. This is true Teamwork for homeowners and staff. Talking through season applications not allow them to put product down during real hot days calling them back on needed applications. Thanks for the understanding and the Great Job!!! The specialist on our lime treatment was courteous and professional. The Trugreen app however, needs some work. It said he was less than a minute away at 7:30 am and would arrive soon. At 1:30 I called customer service and it took over an hour to get someone on the phone. They could not tell me any update and said the app was not working so they rescheduled. Then the specialist showed up around 3:00pm.
