By far some of the best customer service I have had the pleasure to experience! They were friendly, accommodating and flexible. I forgot my purse but was still able to pay on site because of their flexible payment options! It saved me time and a drive all the way back to my county. Thank You!!! In my experience, only American Express provides this level of customer service!

Matt is a talented arborist with many other skills who I have used for years. He certainly works very hard,but is frustrating to deal with schedule wise. Granted it's a nightmare to cope with the weather, equipment failure, and absent staff, but you will face the spectrum from showing up unannounced to no shows while being left completely in the dark. Something that a simple and quick call or text could avoid. I have found Matthew to be fair and honest and his prices reasonable

Hired to drop 7 dead trees around my house. Matthew had some scheduling issues but kept me updated the whole time which is really all I ask for when getting work done from a company this small. He worked with us on the price and went above and beyond cleaning up. When my wife and kids came out to say hi, the crew was cheerful and respectful, even when my 3 yo daughter insisted they all have their own juice box!

I always go pick up a truck load of dirt, mulch, or gravel from Matthew. He has very fair prices especially when compared to purchasing bags of stuff from Lowes or Home Depot. If you have a truck or trailer he will load it right into the bed for you.

I paid Mathew (the owner of the company) upfront to come do work at my house and it took him 3 weeks to tell me that job I paid him for "Was Not A Priority" to him. I have two neighbors on the side of me that had work done by Mathew. One of his workers overdosed on heroin in his bathroom, and the other neighbor refuses to have him back on their yard. Before I even knew of Mathew, I looked outside my window, and his guys were in my yard in one of my trees that they never got permission to be in. They did not ask me nor did they attempt go knock on my door for permission. Mathew runs his business by blaming his workers and never taking responsibility as an owner. He like to call his mistakes favors, and makes his customers feel as if they should be grateful that he takes thier money. Be careful and use your own judgement is the only advice I give.
