I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Acorn Tree Care Plus. They trespassed on my lake property and caused damage to my driveway while grinding a stump on my neighbor's land. When I attempted to discuss the matter with the owner, Lucas, I was met with rudeness and false accusations. Lucas claimed that he used an equipment weighing less than my 79 lbs lawn mower and that my driveway was already damaged. My neighbor Ken and I can attest that it had only one crack before their visit. Unfortunately after their work it resembles a spiderweb. My neighbor and I are working on filing suit against this company in Guilford County Court. Until this issue is resolved, for liability reason, I strongly advise anyone considering their service to stay away from Acorn Tree Care Plus. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability are concerning.

I haven't used them, but I talked with the owner and he was a solid guy, so why not give a rating based off a personal interaction with the person running it. I'd use them if I was in the area for sure. Sometimes it's the people that make the difference!
