Had a large pine tree cut down a month ago. Supposed to cut stump down as close as could to ground. Left stump 2.5 feet above ground. Called and Louis said he would send someone back to cut. Never did. Called numerous times. Finally got hold of him again. Said stump needed to be ground down with stump grinder. Gave additional price. Supposed to send someone yet again. No has ever showed up. Have had many conversations with Louis, tree cutter. Always has excuses. Called me other evening, guess confused with me and another client. Asked me if could come over and give estimate to grind stump. I played along for a moment. He said he could take care of next day. I revealed who I was and asked if sending someone to take of stump, since he said prior he could take care of? No one showed up as of yet. If you use this company make sure they take care if everything while there!!!!

I had the service come out January 3, 2019. They were nice but did tear up my neighbors cable and my yard. It was raining and the ground was saturated so i was not as concerned about the yard. They downed the oak tree, they were not able to remove due to a muddy backyard. I was ok with this since the foreman promised he would come back the following week to remove the remaining downed tree. He did not come back and i called and was promised he would come back in a few days. It is now January 21, and I am waiting for them to come since the ground is frozen with the frigid temperatures.

We had Hector and his crew remove over 125 trees from our front and back yard the first week in July. We were very pleased with their service, and impressed with how quickly they worked! They were done in 2 days, and helped our neighbors with a few trees they decided to remove before they left. I would certainly recommend them to others.

I received a large amount of mulch from Aleman's Tree Service through Chipdrop for FREE! I'm so grateful for how fast they were able to deliver and paid special attention to where I preferred they dropped the delivery. We have so much gardening ahead of us, but I couldn't be more excited! Thanks Aleman's!
