We had a huge storm with straight line winds which destroyed many trees in my yard. Tree Masters responded quickly and did an amazing job cleaning up my yard. I had several hanging limbs that were dangerous and they removed those as well. Fair pricing & Good communication! Cleaned up before they left.

They did work in stallings park right next to our neighborhood (parkside townhomes) they were extremely obnoxious, loud, and disruptive to our community. The trucks ran over 5 hours and still have not stopped. I’m trying to work from home and can’t focus. I looked outside few mins ago thinking what is taking them so long? There are two guys sitting in the truck smoking ciggs.. like seriously? Get away from our neighborhood! You are extremely disruptive and disrespectful

Tree Masters is first class. I recently had them out to price removing some trees from my property. Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable helping get everything arranged. Their pricing was so competitive that I was able to get all the trees removed for a fraction of what I expected to pay. Their crew is professional and did a fantastic job both with the tree removal and cleanup after the job. They showed up when they were scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently. Such a refreshing change to other local companies I've had come out and estimate a job and then never return to do the work. For my future tree related work I can't imagine calling anyone else.

When looking to have a tree removed from my yard Tree Masters responded right away and set up an appointment to come and look at my trees. Michelle gave me an honest evaluation of all of the trees in my yard and told me which ones needed removal and which ones didn't. The quote to remove the worst tree was $3000 less than the closest quote. When the team came in they were on time, professional, and Michelle kept me updated with any issues. The team cleaned up and made my yard look the way it did before they came. Michelle and her team are professional, responsive, respectful and competitive. I will be calling Tree Masters for any further tree work I need to do! Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!

I initially called Tree Masters to see if I could buy tree chips. Michelle informed me that they would happily add me to a scheduled chip drop for free! Michelle took my number and address and added me to the schedule. Michelle also followed up to let me know when to expect the drop. On drop day the driver was courteous and efficient. From beginning to end our interactions with Tree Masters has been fabulous. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Can’t say enough about Tree Masters. I bought an owl box as a surprise Xmas gift for my wife and hired Tree Masters to install it in my backyard oak tree. When they arrived, The owl box was shipped with a small crack and needed to be replaced. The crew went ahead and ordered me a new one AND installed it so I could surprise my wife in time for Xmas. Adam and the second crew came back in February with the brand new box and swapped it out and installed it for the second time free of charge! They could have easily taken the first one back but they insisted that they wanted to make sure my wife had her surprise! Oh and they did a great job trimming my camellia trees too. Awesome service and great prices. Highly recommended.
