I’ve been nothing but impressed by Tailor Made Lawns since we started having them service our lawn. I was apprehensive at first but needed professional lawn care help, and the proof is in the pictures and the joy of driving up to our home and seeing the lawn and how nice it looks each day. What’s even better is Ky with Tailor Made. He is very polite, always intuitive, freindly and knowledgeable in providing tips and instruction for us to maintain what we call a work of art! Andrew went out of his way to explain what he was administering. He also asked that I put my dog up for her safety so she wouldn’t be exposed to the chemicals. He then recommended that I wait 24 hours to mow. Very nice and professional!! Yard looks amazing.

This is not a bad review just a disappointed one.I assumed lawn services were suppose to make your lawns greener and healthier. Not the case. In 3/23 my front lawn was green and had plenty of fescue grass. In 3/24 it was mainly brown because all my fescue grass had been killed and the bermuda grass was taking over. Looking at the pattern (rings around my bushes and trees, a 2-3 ft. border all around my house) it looked to several people that there was a misapplication. Talked to 3 people from Tailor who could not come up with an explanation, but said it could not possibly be their fault, yet they did not offer any proof that they followed a QC protocol to insure the applications were correct dilution. This didn't happen to any of my neighbors with the same exposure, only variable was I had a lawn service. So after spending thousands of dollars to have my lawn destroyed , I now had to spend hundreds more to try and correct it. NOT HOLDING MY BREATH. My disappointment is the fact they could not admit it may have been a mistake which I would have understood, but the refusal that it could have been a possibility makes me lose faith in this local company. I will no longer be using them.

My backyard had GRASS a year ago. I hired Tailor Made Lawn to improve my yard that already had grass. 12 months after with Tailor Made Lawn, this is what my backyard looks like now - bald spots everywhere. I don't get it.

We love Taylor Made Lawns. They do a wonderful job keeping our lawn beautiful. Ky is very professional and always pleasant to talk to. Last month he found money in our driveway and brought it to our front door. They are the best!!

Tailor Made is the way to go. They have it down to a science. Yard looks great! Blake always does a good job. Great value considering you don’t have to buy all the chemicals and spend hours doing it yourself. Definitely the way to go.
