I have been with TruGreen for a year and am currently seeking to cancel my services. One of the main reasons I joined was because of the soil test where I can learn more about my lawn to make sure it's healthy before proceeding with further treatments. Unfortunately, after 1 year and having to schedule my soil sample twice, I still haven't received the results and customer service does not have an update. I will say that customer service is kind and professional, and I've had a few folks follow up with me to check-in. However, that can only go so far until repeat issues and having to follow up more than needed begins to occur. Please keep in mind that they are a larger business and although they have great and hard-working technicians, you often have to follow up if an appointment is missed or if they weren't able to complete the work and forgot to come back days later. My lawn doesn't look any different than last year and I wish I would have waited for the soil sample before allowing for treatment to be done throughout the year. Unfortunately, I regret having signed up with TruGreen.
