Bringing your vision to life or even helping you to create a vision for your landscape, you will not find a better company than this!!! I am so happy with the outcome of the landscape overhaul performed yesterday. Joanna is a joy to work with and truly listens to you. Willy is amazing as well. He and his team of 2 others began work at 7:30am and worked hard ALL day only breaking for a well deserved hour lunch. They worked continuously and hard. I am not an outside person but I enjoy seeing the beauty outside. Joanna helped me to make low maintenance choices to transform my labor intensive yard into one that will require only minimal upkeep with choice of plants, installation of landscape fabric under the mulch and even the choice of pavers and dark brown cypress mulch (replacing pine straw) to complement my home. Willy is detail oriented and answered all my questions. My expensive hardwired landscape lighting was protected and undamaged (major concern I had). They will forever be my go to for landscaping needs.

The 5 star team at Alex Pinestraw and Mulch was all 5 - professional, prompt, creative, affordable, and most of all very competent. They did in a few hours a first rate job that would have taken me all day+. And honestly, I seriously doubt that my work would have looked half as good as theirs. I have been using Alex Pinestraw and Mulch for over 15 years and for good reason. They are reliable, professional, and very easy to communicate with. On almost every job they send out an estimator so they can give you a detailed list of everything you asked for and what it will cost. Once you approve the estimate they will give you the date they will arrive and they always show up on time. They send enough people to complete the job in a timely manner and they always leave my property nice and clean. One time after a job I realized I didn't communicate what I wanted very well and the owner promptly sent out someone to fix it the same day. I was perfectly willing to pay extra because it was my fault but they owner said not to worry about it. Everyone on the staff are nice, respectful, and professional which is greatly appreciated this day and time. That's another thing, this is an old time style American business that be people miss these days. The owner is involved, she employs a lot of hard working, respectful employees who are on time and they all come together to provide a high quality product at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
