Epperson was awesome after Helena. Although swamped with work (like everyone else) they worked with me to get a couple of dangerous situations resolved before I had to leave town. I think they juggled their schedule to do it but it really could not wait much longer. They arrived exactly when they promised with a literal fleet of heavy equipment (since this was the start of their day and I'm sure put in another 8 or 10 hours after they left me. None of this stuff is cheap, considering the equipment and insurance costs, but I thought their price not unreasonable. With the condition of WNC a month after the storm, they could name their price but didn't. They were polite, professional and didn't waste a minute. I'm switching to them for future tree work and abandoning my current tree guy who never returned my calls. In an area where the woods is full of hedge contractors who disappear on you, it's refreshing to find a business that understands the importance of doing what you say you are going to do when you promised. Calling a BUNCH of tree services, I separated the chaff from the wheat! Thanks, guys!

I wish there were more stars to give! Epperson Tree's crew did an outstanding job removing three large trees that had fallen onto the roof of my house during the Helene storm. They were professional, highly skilled, and very careful of my property. They even used a powerful backpack blower to clean off all the leftover debris from the roof after they were finished. I'll definitely be using Epperson Tree for my future tree needs.

This crew was awesome. We had 3 sizable Bradford Pear trees that were taken down and they trimmed branches along our fence line. They were very efficient and careful. Definitely give them a call for your tree care needs!

Had 5 trees fall on my house and 3 on the front lawn from the hurricane. Since I had no phone service, I drove over to Epperson tree to put my name on the list. They had over 400 calls I was told, but they took my name , offered me water and I was on my way. About 3 pm a couple of guys from Epperson showed up at my house to survey the damage. They told me to hang on, that their boss was on his way. Dale Epperson took a look at the damage and told me he would have a crane at my house first thing in the morning. He also told me not to worry about paying up front.The guys took the trees off the front lawn and cleaned up . Next morning the crane arrived by 8:30 and got set up and proceeded to crane off the trees one by one. A perfectly synchronized ballet. The whole crew was great and courteous. Did an amazing job. We are so grateful for the kindness and fair price they charged us. Couldn’t have been a better experience!

They recently had Epperson Tree Service do a major view enhancement project, and also clean up a fairly good size section of my side property. There were trees down and the encroachment into my long distance view had gotten serious. I cannot give them and the results of their visit a high enough grade. Their estimating process was timely and efficient. Their Administrative and contact process relating to scheduling was also very timely and professional, But the primary positive accolades are awarded to the crew that actually performed the on-site work. It was raining the day that the work was scheduled, but the crew still arrived with enough people to do the job rapidly while still maintaining a high-quality performance. I give Epperson Tree Service, my highest recommendation, best references, and the commitment To refer as much business as possible to them. Epperson recently did a major pruning on my River Birch tree and they did an absolutely beautiful job! They were respectful of my property, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up every single branch before they left. The gentlemen were very friendly and never stopped until they completed their jobs. I’m very happy to recommend them and look forward to the next project they do for me.
