They came to my house, both of them shook my hand saying our post-Helene tree removal would be between $2,500 and $3,000. After almost 2 weeks, we got the estimate. We added 1 additional tree to be removed, which would increase the cost. The estimate? $9,000!!!!! This coming from people "who wanted to help out their community." They quoted me $1,500 to my face for a single tree removal. It's now $3,000. That's the most expensive estimate I've ever received for removing 1 tree that has easy access, and they were already going to be here doing other work. Avoid these guys as they are scammers trying to take advantage of a tragedy. Now we lost 2 weeks of time we could have had someone else doing the job. Thanks.
