This review is long overdue (because I kept forgetting). I had overgrowth and tall trees at a new purchased property that I needed to get rid of for future plans. I had requested quotes from several tree removal companies in the area and not a single one of them were as wise, knowledgeable, and assuring as Alex and the Axtraction team. When Alex came out to provide me with a quote, he took the time to fully *show and explain* the service his team will be providing me unlike others. He even took pictures! For context, not a single one of the other guys took a picture - they were like those mechanics that tell you to pay up before even diagnosing the problem. Where one guy told me that a tree needed to be removed because of a cavity without explanation, Alex clearly explained and showed the difference between a tree with cavity and one without. Hint: my tree didn’t have it and didn’t need removal. The rate for the service was excellent and undercut those other guys who weren’t even telling to me what exactly I would be paying for. Alex broke down the entire cost for me (including machines that will be used for the job) and sent it to me via email. There is also financing available through Wisetack. Communication was also top tier. Alex and Tammy kept constant communication and answered any questions I may have had. The team that came to take the tree downs did excellent work in about 4 hours, and when I thought a tree stump was missed, Alex was quickly able to dispatch one of his guys back to take care of it. Again, this review is long overdue but I implore you to call up Axtraction if you ever need a tree job taken care of. They are excellent, provide top-class service, and treat their customers like family. They really will take care of you.

Rick and crew at Axtraction...Service beyond expectations for a very reasonable cost. I secured 3 quotes. Rick wasn't the least expensive, nor the most expensive. Most often it's not about the cost as much as it is about the relationship. I paid more for Rick's services, and made the right decision. Job well done by good people...honest, trustworthy, punctual. Many thanks to Rick and his crew. I'll tell two friends.

I feel compelled to share how awesome my experience has been with Alex and the entire Axtraction team from start to finish. A very early storm blew through and pulled a tree over against our home. 15" base, maybe 65' in length. I contacted Axtraction at 7:30am, Rick was at our home by 9:30, the tree was removed by 11am. His team did fantastic work, everything was cleaned up and you'd never know they were there. I got several quotes for the work and Axtraction was less than half of the others. It was a situation that needed to be fixed and instead of trying to leverage that into higher costs, they treated me FAIRLY which the other 2 did not. Highly recommend Axtraction.

Rick and his team at Axtraction are awesome. They gave us a written estimate that was less than other bids we received. They arrived on time, they were polite and completed the work as requested. We just finished this tree removal project with axtraction. They were informative and quick with the quote for our tree removal and stump grinding. Also very fair priced compared to other company quotes. The tree removal went well and they did clean work. The stump grinding team came out a week later and Tammy was great with scheduling and explaining the process. We had trouble the first attempt Nate arrived for stump grinding, couldn’t get his machine to the location of one tree but Tammy helped us reschedule without hassle so I had time to prepare room for them to maneuver the equipment. If they had a slightly smaller stump grinder to go with the large machine that would have helped their team but we made due and had success in the end! Certainly a great company to work with and plan to recommend them to our friends in the future!
