New Generation Tree Service was outstanding! Helene dropped red oaks on our house in Spruce Pine. The owner coordinated a crane service and surgically removed huge trees that had crashed through the roof. The owner has a full crew, several trucks, mulcher, and an excavator. They made quick work of a storm mess, hauled off the logs, mulched the branches, and raked the area clean. Polite and hard-working crew.

After Hurricane Helene dropped a 40 foot hickory tree on my house causing severe roof damage and rain to enter my cabin, I needed a dependable tree service to remove the tree and tarp the roof. As a disabled elderly woman who had to be rescued from my mountaintop Burnsville cabin by my son and moved to a safe location, I had to handle this tree removal and roof tarping remotely. The New Generation crew actually returned my call, fought through the poor post-hurricane cell service and got the work done. Even with unreliable cell service, New Generation texted, called and sent photos of the work they were doing. They coordinated every step of the way despite the challenges.
