Isak and his crew were great. We have a vacation home here, Isak was very accommodating to working around our schedule, in fact they came a day early. They were friendly and professional. They left the area cleaner than when they came. We had a beautiful 60’ cucumber magnolia die.in a crowded location in our back yard. They had to climb it and lower each piece down. They did an amazing job, avoiding a deck and other vegetation. This was our first time using High Lonesome Timber, but we would not hesitate to call them again. They do great work at a reasonable price.

Isak responded quickly to our request for evaluation of three questionable trees. He listened to our concerns and provided a thorough explanation of what was needed and estimate of corrective actions. We approved his bid and scheduled the work. He contacted us the week before our scheduled date to once again go over our scheduled activity. Isak and his crew, Seth and Alex were “on-time” both of our scheduled days. These fellas are very polite, exude consummate professional behavior and are extremely safety conscious. Their efforts were well coordinated with Chance. Chance operated the crane, because of proximity of the selected culls to our home, Isak also scheduled a huge crane to facilitate tree removal. All operations were accomplished with the highest regard to safety to both facilities and personnel. All of the tree components were neatly cut, loaded and removed. Isak, and his team, get our highest recommendation. 5 out of 5 stars. We will task them with all of our future culling.

Highly recommend Isak and his crew. Extremely professional and dependable folks who do excellent work and are true experts in their field. Isak first came to our house to inspect the trees on our lot, and noticed that we could benefit from pruning some and removing others. He provided a comprehensive estimate that was easy to understand, and enabled us to tackle the work that needs to be done in a multi-step manner. The first thing was to remove 2 trees, which was done in exceptional fashion (including the clean-up). We are continuing to work with Isak and crew on cleaning up brushes, vines and saplings around our property. They will certainly be the first people we call whenever we have more work that needs to be done with our trees.

Isak is the best tree professional we have ever seen. He is a certified arborist who is fully insured, and we find his prices to be very reasonable. He is capable of taking down huge trees, trimming limbs of any size and he can also enhance views with the skill of an artist. He is dependable and punctual, and he and his crew do a great job of cleaning up. Isak gives written estimates which are easy to understand, and he attends webinars, workshops etc. in order to stay current in his field. We highly recommend Isak and High Lonesome Timber. We had two trees taken down because Isak believed they were potential threats to our house. Two other tree professionals (one of them an arborist) had not even recognized either tree as needing to be removed. After they were cut down, we could see that indeed they were in terrible shape. Following is a picture of part of one of them, a Sycamore. Thanks to Isak, we do not have to worry about this tree falling on our house!

We had High Lonesome Timber remove a large tree that was very close to our house and selectively prune another. We were impressed by their careful methods and specialized equipment. They were very professional and courteous. As an arborist, Isak was thorough in his tree evaluations, great at explaining what he saw and patiently worked with us to find the best solution. When he found an issue while in a tree that he had not seen from the ground, he reached out and consulted with us about how we wanted him to proceed. We highly recommend them!

Isak and his crew did an outstanding job removing several giant white pine and hemlock trees that sat right on the edge of the road and close to our house. The trees were so massive and unhealthy that it required the use of a crane, the road to be closed, and power line disconnected. Watching Isak navigate the tangled trees and power line while being lifted in by crane was nothing short of wildly impressive. From initial communication to cleanup, High Lonesome is top notch and we will be calling them for any future tree work!
