If you are looking for any type of tree service, your search is over!! High Country Tree Service provides the most exceptional service from start to finish...first call, estimate, tear down and clean up. They are professional, incredibly reasonable, kind and true experts in the trade. I had an enormous tree removed from my property. The quality of their work and mastery of what they do, they make you realize it is a true art. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience with nicer people at every level of the process.

For years my family and friends who have had tree work done have used High Country Tree Service and always praised their work. In 2015 I met John Wayne Hardison, the owner of High Country, and offered to create some videos of his crews at work. This gave me the opportunity to meet his clients and see behind the scenes of his operation and also get to know John Wayne. Needless to say I am very impressed!! John Wayne is not just a tree remover, he is an arborist who focusses on promoting tree health using a variety of technologies but when it is necessary to remove trees or prune for views his crews works like highly coordinated teams to quickly and efficiently tackle even the largest, most complicated jobs and leave almost no trace that they were there. The entire operation at High Country brings no compromise integrity to everything they do and it is no surprise that all the clients I met during the productions raved about their work. I heard great things about High Country. We called and set up an appointment for John Wayne to come out to look at some trees we wanted cut. After several delays in his arrival time, he showed up and was pleasant and informative. He said that he would have an estimate to us by that evening or the next morning. Neither happened. Two days later, I called the office and was told that they would have him call me either that afternoon or the "first thing in the morning". Neither happened. It's now been almost seven weeks and they still haven't called. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

I’ve had three different tree services work on our property in the last three years. This is the first one I will invite back. Professional, timely, knowledgeable. They’ve done a great job clearing deadwood from a huge oak. Cleaned up all their mess. Followed my requests to a tee. They’ll be back in the fall to treat our hemlocks and fertilize them and the oak.
