Kudos to Mr. Darryl Green!!👏🏽👏🏽 He deserves all gold stars⭐️⭐️⭐️ for his service & consultation. I very much appreciate his taking the time to educate me on "Army Worms". I had never heard of them before. He informed me that the worms particularly like Bermuda grass (which I have), and explained how they hatch, turn into moths, eat my grass, ultimately killing it and causing the lawn to turn brown. As a demonstration, he sprayed certain areas of the yard, and I couldn't believe my eyes when so many moths flew out of the grass to escape the chemical!! Please give him a great BIG thank you from me.

First treatment for my lawn from TruGreen completed by Skyler and Tyler. These two individuals were Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job and were very careful to explain everything that they did and also some very helpful tips. Moving forward to keep my Lawn, healthy, and green. Very impressive first treatment.

Have been away since application. For most part, appears weeds are dying back. However those around mailbox area & along road don't show signs of die back. May need to spray that area again.

BEWARE! NEVER USE TRUGREEN! I wish I could leave ZERO stars. TruGreen (that's a joke) literally destroyed my yard that I just spent over $9,000 getting professionally sodded and landscaped. From the very first visit they lied about putting an application of lime down and ignored the instructions to talk to me before treating the lawn (had just sodded within the past 6 weeks). After the next 2 visits I noticed what appeared to be burn spots on the lawn. I expressed my concern and they said just water it more (I had been watering 3x a week for 20mins already). So I increased it to everyday. I noticed only some improvements by the next visit and they told me I could reduce the watering and it should be fine. It only got worse... and then I started noticing weeds popping up everywhere. So I called back. This time they claimed it was mole crickets and fungus. So I paid for both. Then they decided it only needed fungus treatment and aeration. So I did that too. Fast forward two months. Now my entire yard is covered in weeds, there are dead patches all over the yard, and a TruGreen manager has still not called me back after all of this time of complaints and requests to have a call. So I canceled and requested a refund. BTW the TruGreen Guarantee does not mean a money-back guarantee. They made that clear!!! Now after two weeks of spamming me with calls (never a Manager though) and asking me what TruGreen can do to help and asking me to tell this story over and over again... they finally partially refunded me. BUT my yard is still destroyed... So my advice... NEVER USE TRUGREEN!
