They are the best people to work with. I called and they came. Gave me an excellent quote to remove two trees, one had fallen and one just needed to be removed. They are hard working and did an excellent job. Lloyd and his crew go above and beyond, my yard looks great. I would give them 10 stars if it went high.

Fantastic Service! Lloyd is a top notch guy whose word is only matched by his skillful tree cutting, shaping, trimming and yard clean-up services. My front shrubs and backyard hedges, shrubs, and Vines had grown totally uncontrollable for me over the past 18 years. They were taking over my yard space. Lloyd came out and did a personal overview of what I wanted done in the yard,TWICE, and talked with me about the work and worked within my budget ( REASONABLE and AFFORDABLE). Uncommon nowadays! Personable, patient, great job trimming and cutting the mess so it looks Wonderful! Thanks Lloyd! I'll definitely have you come back for my next tree service and cutting work! Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Lloyd for Rescuing our cat Thor from a tree. Thor had been up there for 2 days and we had tried everything to get him to come down but he had not moved from that spot. Lloyd drove all the way to Rolesville from Clayton at night in the cold and climbed all the way up to get him and was also very patient while waiting up there for Thor to get in the bag. Our family is just so thankful!

During a recent storm an extremely large oak tree fell on my back porch and roof, puncturing into my roof / ceiling and tearing down part of my back porch. I called Lloyds and they (Stephen specifically) were able to come out for an estimate almost immediately. Stephen was very professional and thorough during the estimate process. After receiving a couple other estimates, some that were less expensive - though Lloyds pricing was VERY fair, I decided to go with Lloyds and cannot be more happy with that decision. The crew was able to come remove the tree two days after the estimate, which was such a relief. On the day the tree was removed, the crew arrived on time and were extremely polite, safe and professional during the entire process. It was amazing to see the efficiency and overall communication of the entire team during the whole process. A crane had to be used to remove the tree from a precarious position on my porch / house. They made sure to take their time to safely remove the tree, which I am sure was difficult as the branches of the tree were also pressing against several windows. They took their time to ensure that the cleanup process was done completely and well. My yard (and porch besides the broken part) were cleaner after they left than before the tree fell. When something terrible like this happens and your home is damaged, it is very stressful. I genuinely appreciate the empathy and kindness shown by the staff, as well as the fantastic work that they did.
