I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Raleigh Tree Service. Mike responded to my request for an estimate within 24 hours, offering a fair and reasonable price. Scheduling was a breeze, and we were able to secure a spot within the week. On the day of the service, Will and the crew arrived promptly and kept us well-informed about the timing of their arrival. They removed 9 large pine trees and ground down the stumps, leaving our property immaculate—aside from the missing trees, you’d never know they had been there. Exceptional service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Will and his team were a pleasure to have to help us with a large 60” caliper willow oak that failed during the hurricane season. The team was kind, communicative, and very willing to talk through small requests and adjustments. They made sure to go above and beyond on every part of the process, and even though the job took longer than they anticipated there was never any rush to finish as they prioritized quality and safety. Excellent job removing several large trees that were leaning towards the house. Of particular note, was the attention to detail, protecting the lawn from machinery (they put down thick plywood), and made sure the property was cleaned thoroughly. I also asked them if they could remove a debris pile that day, and for a very reasonable fee, took care of it. They went the extra mile and even replaced the patio furniture that we moved without asking. Awesome! Highly recommend!!

After hearing my neighbor, who is very particular about his yard and landscaping, rave about Raleigh Tree Service I can now appreciate his claims. As a new customer to Raleigh Tree Service I can’t say enough good things about the company and their incredible team. From the moment they arrived and until the job was done the crew was attentive and caring to all my landscaping concerns. We had four large trees next to our house which were also very near to some ornamental trees my wife and I planted decades ago. As you may know some tree cutting companies actually “rent” a boom truck or crane so a tree can be dismantled from the top down, rather than just dropping it. That said, I’ve seen too many crane accidents videos on Youtube to trust an operator that occasionally rents a crane. Fortunately for any one selecting Raleigh Tree Service they own and operate their own personal Grapplesaw crane providing the safest and most efficient method of tree removal . Coming from a construction background I was able to appreciate the high level of skill and dexterity necessary to safely operate such a piece of equipment. After watching them work many hours I can happily report not a single ornamental tree or shrub was damaged in any way. All in all, a wonderful job by a very professional and experienced crew who demonstrated great work ethics and concern for customer satisfaction. Just like my neighbor, I also have no reservations in recommending Raleigh Tree Service to anyone!

All around positive experience. Will, owner of Raleigh Tree Service, runs a highly professional business. I needed three trees removed from my back yard which is situated in a tight spot. He had the necessary equipment and got the job done with ease- whereas other companies declined. He employs a fantastic team whose work was organized, efficient and tidy. Fees are competitive and I highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with the quality and professionalism of Raleigh Tree service. From the quoting through to the actual execution, Will, Andrew and team were excellent. I had several trees that needed to be cut down, one very large one up against our property line and some limbs trimmed above the roof of the house. All of the activities were performed without issue and the clean up was perfect. I also thought the pricing was reasonable as well, when considering the amount of work that was required. I will definitely use Raleigh tree service again and will also be letting my neighbors know who they should choose for any of their future tree work needs.
