A friend had referred me to Jackson’s after I recently purchased a place in Cary and was looking to remove and/or trim trees for upcoming renovations as well as potential solar installation. I had received quotes from a handful of other businesses, and Jackson’s was very competitive. I’m out of state so really appreciated the expertise of both Elvie and Mark in regards to the regional flora. Their professionalism and communication were top notch including walking the property via photos and phone calls with me. They even returned to reassess based on others’ recommendations and not only gave me their honest opinions but also spent the time to educate me (e.g., risks to foundation or roof, potential rot/termites). I love that they are true nature lovers and are 100% green with the trees, such as cutting limbs for firewood, hauling logs to paper mill or recycling the wood chips to mulch. Very professional, efficient, responsive and kind. 10 out of 5 - definitely recommend!

8/14/2023: We had used Jackson's Tree Service about 10 - 15 years ago. So, when we had a need to remove 7 small/mid-sized trees, I reached out to Jackson's Tree Service by phone. Elvie Jackson come out promptly to provide an estimate which was a good price when compared to another quote I had obtained. Since we were in a rush to get the work done before a gathering at our house, Jackson's Tree Service scheduled us out about 2 weeks. A few days before the work was due to begin, Elvie called to pull the job in one day which was fine with me. The crew showed up on time with a chipper, stump grinder, truck to haul the tree trunks and a crane. There was a team of 5 plus Elvie Jackson who operated the crane. The team was like a well-oiled machine. The process they had was super-efficient. There was no topping of my trees. They hooked a strap from the crane to the tree top and had a worker cut the tree at ground level. The crane then lifted the full tree up over the house and laid it gently down next to the chipper. Once the strap was removed from the tree, the crane returned to the next tree and repeated the process while the first tree was being chipped and loaded onto the truck for hauling. Following closely behind was the trunk grinding machine (very cool if you are into powerful equipment). Upon completion of the trunk grinding, the crew carefully cleaned up the area, including blowing debris out of the area. They then raked the ground wood chips into a neat mound on top of each of the tree trunks. All was done in just over 2 hours! No damage, no injuries and a nice clean yard! I am very impressed and pleased with the job done. I highly recommend Jackson Tree Service. I plan on using them in the future if the need should arise.

The most professional and family centered tree service company in the Triangle. Excellent customer service on the front end to arrange an estimate for tree removal. Prompt and courteous. The owner, Elvie, came out on a weekday evening so my husband could be home from work for an estimate. Elvie offered his professional opinion and looked for ways to do the service economically. On the day of the service, the crew was outstanding. Each crew member was focused on safety, detail oriented and had effective communication with each other. Truly a TEAM effort working with GREAT attitudes. This is an outstanding company that makes you feel like one of their own family members and does not overcharge for their professional service. We will be calling Jackson's Tree Service when we need them in the future. Stop looking and call Jackson's Tree Service.

I had some dead/dying trees in my yard and got quotes from several local companies including Jackson's. Not only were they competitive, they treated me with respect and gave their honest opinion regarding which trees needed removal, and did not use scare tactics to try and increase the scope of the job which others had attempted. Many of my neighbors have used them, and we have all seen the high-quality service and professionalism. Highly recommend.
