I hate leaving bad reviews, nevertheless they are as important as good ones. I wanted to have several trees removed before hurricane Helene, and was grateful Arbol was able to do the work the very next day; however, the experience was not a good one. The cost was expected. They agreed to safely remove decorative items I had attached to some of the trees, all the items ended up broken or missing. They broke my French drain system in the backyard which was very costly, they broke my concrete driveway, they also left debris and a HUGE stump on my property. I spoke with them multiple times and they promised to come back and cleanup/fix things but never returned. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this organization if you want a professional, safe, and worry free tree removal.
