Worst customer service ever! This company removed a tree from my neighbor’s yard. Their workmen used my yard to rope off the tree sections; knocked the chimney off my house and destroyed my plants. All this happened in October 2011 and the business owner, Terry Legassie knew about the damage and promised to have all taken care of. It took over a month (and several phone calls) before the chimney repair was completed. The replacement plants were not replaced until June of this year (8 months later), and I still haven t been able to get reimbursed for the $50 I paid to have all the plants replanted. It’s been almost a year now! This is in spite of numerous phone calls and two registered, return-receipt requested letters. In addition to all of this, the neighbor who originally hired them was unsatisfied with the tree removal and had to call them to come back and finish the work she ordered. Really bad customer service!
